Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Model

As a boutique product studio, Tilda provides highly customized professional services. Due to the labor-intensive nature of software development and consultancy, payments made for completed milestones or work-hours are generally non-refundable.

2. Milestone Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, if a project is cancelled after a milestone has been initiated, the client will be liable for the work performed up to the point of cancellation.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourselves on the quality of our code and design. If you are dissatisfied with a specific deliverable, we will work with you to revise the product according to the original Statement of Work (SOW) until requirements are met.

4. Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, Tilda may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion if it is determined that a project cannot be completed due to internal technical limitations or unforeseen studio constraints.
