By accessing and using the services provided by Tilda Studio ("Tilda", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Tilda provide native application development, SaaS platform consultancy, design services, and AI integration services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used by Tilda remain the property of Tilda. Upon full payment for a project, the client is granted ownership of the custom codebase created specifically for their project.
Our pricing model is project-based or subscription-based as detailed in our Pricing page and specific project agreements. Payments are typically divided into milestones. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a suspension of services.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients' business ideas and data. We are happy to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting any detailed project discussions.
Tilda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which Tilda operates (USA, TURKEY, and UAE), without regard to conflict of law principles.
